So many students have expressed that they wish they didn’t have to get in their cars and drive home after their practice. They wished they could sleepover, or remain as relaxed as they feel in savasana. Well, now you can! Come rest, reboot and rejuvenate with Michele (Bakula) Friday, March 6th at 7:30PM.
In this workshop, you will feel gratitude for your body through a Gentle Yoga practice. You will be nourished and bathed in the healing energy of the LICY studio, while wearing your pajamas. Bring your pillows; blow up mattress or sleeping bag for comfort to spend the night. Earplugs or ear buds are also welcome if you need quiet or soft music to help you sleep.
Be prepared to have fun with Angel Card Readings. We will practice a Chocolate Meditation.
Yogi Amrit Desai will guide you in a Yoga Nidra for sleep. Sacred Silence will be practiced afterwards. Bring a journal and a pen to write about your experience. Wake up to practice Gentle Yoga with Jackie (Indu) Saturday at 7:30. Feel free to stay for a guided meditation by Jackie after class.
