Make your own mala! Throughout this workshop, Chris will teach us how to create our own beautiful mala bracelet followed by a guided meditation for relaxation from the comfort of our own home as she demonstrates how on Zoom.
Meditation has been known to enhance the body's immune system, improve sleep, and reduce feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, and confusion. Learning to meditate is something everyone can do to improve both their mental and emotional state. Sandalwood beads are a part of Buddhist tradition and are a powerful aid to enhance meditation. These beads also stimulate a sense of awareness and foster tranquility.
No experience necessary! $30 per person.
The fee includes all materials. Mala kits will be available for curbside pick up at our physical location on Wednesday, April 29th.
