During this workshop, we will explore the workings of the Glandular and Hormonal Systems: - How they support and interact with each other and the nervous system - Their connection to the energy body and Prana flow - Their role in physical, emotional and mental balance, vitality and health - The diseases which may occur when they are out of balance, such as: hypothyroid, menstrual and menopausal problems, adrenal fatigue, water retention, anxiety, and depression
Students will also learn yogic techniques and lifestyle changes which can strengthen and balance the hormones and glands to facilitate prevention and healing of disease, including Prana / Chakra yoga for chakras 1-6 Join us as we explore this important aspect of ourselves.
